Wil is an accomplished keynote speaker, youth leader, and social entrepreneur. From an early age, his entrepreneurial spirit burned brightly, leading him to launch his first business venture at the age of 11, captivating audiences both locally and internationally through the power of social media.
Wil’s unwavering determination and passion for empowering young individuals led him to assume leadership positions within his community, advocating fearlessly for the voices of his generation at the grassroots and national levels. At the age of 15, he founded the Youth Leadership Academy Australia (YLAA), revolutionising youth leadership and positively impacting the lives of over 30,000 young individuals.
Notably, in 2023, Wil transitioned YLAA into a social enterprise, showcasing his unwavering commitment to making a profound societal impact. Under his guidance, YLAA became the largest youth-led leadership provider in Australia, earning the trust of over 1000 schools nationwide. With a mission to educate, equip, and empower young people, YLAA now dedicates 100% of its profits to funding youth suicide prevention programs.
Renowned as a sought-after consultant for governments and prominent organisations, Wil’s expertise in youth engagement strategies has elevated the voices of young people, granting them a platform to be heard and valued. He has also delivered inspiring keynote addresses, both in North America and virtually across Europe, sparking meaningful conversations that transcend borders.
Wil’s journey is a testament to his resilience and unwavering commitment to entrepreneurial excellence. Currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) despite not completing year 12, he embodies the belief that age should not be a barrier to success.
