World CapabilitiesTM presents the attributes and approaches we need for the workforce of today and of tomorrow. It provides a vehicle to define the common attributes, knowledge and abilities required by all individuals within an organisation, aligned to their values, to meet corporate objectives. World Capabilities is the synthesis of research that reviewed data from over 5,000 clients identifying the 10 attributes and approaches that make individuals and organisations more likely to positively adapt to changes in the workforce. Based on these 10 attributes and approaches, we have built the World Capabilities FrameworkTM and Self-Assessment ToolTM to give organisations and individuals a positive model and methodology to prepare themselves for whatever the workforce looks like.
