Roy enjoyed a meteoric rise through business from a trainee sales rep through to General Manager of a Division of a Public Company with over 75 full time sales people, fifteen Sales Managers and an annual turnover of $45M.
Current work
Roy subsequently developed his own consultancy and quickly established a reputation as an effective facilitator, no doubt helped by the skills he developed in his early career as an actor and his wide exposure to different sales and marketing strategies. Drawing on his diverse experience Roy is able to help sales organisations develop practical tools to identify and maintain the key characteristics on successful long-term client relationship management.
