Peter Williams is a recognised thought leader and practitioner in Innovation.
Peter started working with internet technologies in 1993 and in 1996 founded an eBusiness Consulting group, Deloitte Australia.
Current Work:
Since that time Peter is the CEO of the Eclipse Group, a Deloitte subsidiary, and then founded Deloitte Digital. He is also the Chairman of Deloitte’s Innovation Council and the Chief Edge Officer. He is recently named as one of Australia’s top Digital Influences and is an Adjunct Professor at RMIT.
Pete is a long-standing director of the Deloitte Foundation. He worked tirelessly on bushfire recovery for two years after the Black Saturday bushfires in 2009, with a particular focus on the community of Flowerdale. He has also worked extensively on Community Led Recovery in Victoria following the Black Summer fires of 2020, and was recognised for his efforts by being awarded the 2020 Deloitte Social Impact Award.

Totally irreverent, very entertaining and humorous, however, amongst all of that, he had a great underlying message and some fantastic examples delivered in totally "non-geek" language - I really enjoyed his style and gained a much better understanding of all three areas of his presentation focus - Great fun!
