Nick Cody has headlined comedy clubs all over Australia, performed at the Montreal Just For Laughs Festival, the New York Comedy Festival, the Johannesburg International Comedy Festival, sold out numerous solo shows at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival & Sydney Comedy Festival and has toured the country with some of the biggest names in comedy, such as international superstars Jim Jefferies and Anthony Jeselnik.
Previous experience
Tour: He was selected by US comedy legend Bill Burr, to support him at the Sydney Opera House, as part of Just For Laughs (Sydney) and make his debut performance on Conan O’Brien’s late night talk show. Nick’s spent 2017 touring ‘On Fire’ around Australia’s Comedy Festivals, Europe’s major cities and hitting up London’s Soho Theatre to wrap it all up. Apart from live stand up Nick became the face of beer after Carlton United Breweries made the red bearded wonder their very own Ambassador.
TV: Nick has amassed so many TV credits this year including Have You Been Paying Attention & CRAM both on Network 10 as well as being cast in an Australian movie The Merger in October. 2016 was a big year with Nick hitting up all the Festivals around Australia including Canada to perform at the renowned Just For Laughs Festival and Europe for the Edinburgh Fringe with his 2016 show ‘Come Get Some’ which was also recorded for his brand new live DVD at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre. He was also one of only a handful of Australian’s to perform on Conon O’Brian’s late show Conan in the US.

Festivals: In 2015 Nick performed on the Melbourne Comedy Festival Opening Night Allstar Supershow (Ch 10), sell out his Australian solo stand-up tour ‘Beard Game Strong’ and return as a main cast member on the second series of TV sketch comedy hit Kinne (7Mate). In 2014, he starred in all six episodes of the smash-hit TV-sketch show Kinne on 7Mate, guest starred on Josh Thomas’ award-winning comedy/ drama Please Like Me on ABC2 and performed at the invite only Just For Laughs festival in Montreal.
US: This follows an action packed 2013, where Nick was invited by the Australian Defence Force to perform in Afghanistan for the troops and on top of that, became one of only a handful of Australians to be invited to perform stand-up on the US television network, Comedy Central. Once he returned from the US in November, he went back to the Middle East to perform for the Australian Defence Force onboard the HMAS Melbourne whilst it was at sea.
