We ran a national conference where many of the delegates did not know each other on a personal level. By using Nic Yates to design and run some appropriate activities, participants developed a great rapport in a fun and less structured environment. We received great feedback on the activities via the surveys post-event. We would certainly use Nic Yates in the future.
