Clinical Professor Leanne Rowe AM is a highly experienced medical practitioner and is renowned for making a difference at an individual and organisational level. With warmth and humour, Leanne presents at conferences and facilitates workshops with boards and senior leadership teams on topics related to executive health and wellbeing, cultural change and healthy leadership. By working at the “hard end” of medicine, and presiding over thousands of court cases of physical and psychological workplace injury, she has a unique insight into prevention and early intervention.

She has also served on 10 other commercial boards including Medibank Private, I-MED Radiology Network and the Medical Indemnity Protection Society.
Awards: Among her many awards are the Rose Hunt Medal from the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, the ‘Best Individual Contribution to Health Care in Australia’ award from the Australian Medical Association, a Doctor of Laws (Honoris Causa) from Monash University for her service to the university, and an Order of Australia for services to medicine and education.
