Anna-Louise Bouvier is one of Australia’s leading physiotherapists and mind/body experts.
You may know her from her work on the Today show and as the physio on James Valentines ABC 702.

Anna-Louise is the executive director and creator of Happy Body at Work, a joint venture with the ABC which has been rolled out to over 20,000 people over the past two years in organisations as diverse as Optus, the ASX, Minter Ellison, Catholic Care, Lendlease and Caltex. She is also an Ambassador for Arthritis NSW.

As the creator of Physiocise Classes for bad backs she has spent years dealing with people from all walks of life with bad backs and wobbly bodies.
Her main area of interest is helping people cope with the physical demands of their computer dominated lives. She also works with elite athletes from many fields, especially rugby and netball. Over the years she has also become increasingly interested on the effect of stress on the body. Her latest book – The Feel Good Body (Harper Collins) – is all about understanding this relationship and learning how you can use your body to deal with what she call “wobbly mind days”.
