Biography
Vicki Bennett Training was established in 1980 providing programs on customer service, effective communication, achieving outcomes, leadership and building effective teams. These have been adopted by many companies in Australia and internationally.
She has worked with many companies among them: BHP, St Andrews Hospital, Adecco, BP Oil Australia, SEPR, QAD, Westpac, Mobil Oil Australia, Education Department, Main Roads Department, Arthur Andersen. Vicki has also worked with leadership teams in Government, helping to build the leadership skills and the strategic direction of Corporate teams.
Vicki has contributed to raising the benchmark of customer service in Australia and believes we can all raise our achievement levels by serving each other, our families, our community, our teams and our customers.
Vicki is frequently commissioned to do works for business and personal collections throughout Australia and overseas.
